HCP likes to listen to practitioners in the water industry and grow our products to suit your needs.
We believe the best way to do this is to develop an ongoing relationship with our customers. That is why HCP only offer our products on the basis of an annual licence fee. HCP aims to grow our products along side our customers' business and let customers use our latest versions as they become available.
Customer Support
We offer on-going support to our licensed customers with the only limit being how much time we have available to listen and respond to reasonable requirements.
Licensed customers receive:
- Upgrades free of charge when new software versions become available.
- Ability to come the HCP Software website and download new versions as they are released;
- Advice on how to use the software free of charge;
- User manuals as part of the software download;
- Direct access to the principals of the company when you need to talk about problems with the software;
- Direct access to the principals of the company when you have suggestions on future improvements.
