Customise the Pipe Library

Organisations can define a standard library of pipes historically used, or permitted for future use, in all of their systems.  Users may customise a pipe library to suit individual models without affecting the company standard pipe library.

The pipe library defines:

• pipe materials and their physical characteristics
• pipe classes and their pressure rating
• nominal diameters available within a pipe class and the dimensions of each nominal diameter pipe.

The above inputs are sufficient to allow the software to calculate the hydraulic characteristics and transient wave speed for each type of pipe.
